Ryan sounded a little tired describing leaning his head against the wall in the shower, and feeling the hot water running down his body … but perked up as he described Chris Harrison’s horribly clashing outfit on TV and working out with Sylvester Stallone … though his enthusiasm waned a little talking about Gordon Ramsey.
Chris later called in to defend himself, but Ryan shared photographic evidence:

Ryan got his revenge on Gordon Ramsay for his previous comments by giving him a taste of the juices he’s been drinking. Gordon wasn’t impressed! Ryan said on the show that he’s lost 6lb so they’re working.
So from the interview, we know that Gordan Ramsay is a spitter who sleeps with Mike Darnell, goes camping with David Beckham — with whom he wants to open a pub called the “Queen Vic” — and talks bollocks with Ryan. No, really, listen to the podcast!
