Ryan asked Kris about his visit to Haiti. Kris commented on seeing the devastation there, but also looking at the smiling faces of children and lots of good things happening with the UN, Red Cross and other organisations. They talked about Kradam … Kris mentioned doing Ryan, Rock My Town together recently, which Ryan said he’d watched online. Kris and Adam listened to each other’s music before it was released. Kris really liked Whataya Want From Me and told Adam to put it out as his first single.
Allison Iraheta
Allison teased Ryan about pronouncing her name wrong again on Idol last night, and tried to teach him how to say it. I love Ryan’s interesting take on pronunciation. Allison still remembered feeling the nerves on the Idol stage, but Ryan asked what she’s done since … the tour, the album, and now the promotion. She talked about recording the album while on the road, and being at a studio in Milwaukee that looked haunted.
Janell Wheeler and Ashley Rodriguez
Janell and Ashley were roomies at Idol and Ryan asked if they were friendly before that. He asked Ashley about making sense of being eliminated this early – she said everything happens for a reason even if it sucks, and said American Idol is the biggest platform she’s had so far. Janell had a feeling she would leave and Ryan asked if she would have done anything differently. She replied would have played guitar first week, perhaps been a little more herself putting a twist on a hip hop song.
Jeff Deperon
Ryan’s trainer of 8 years shared his three tips of things to do every day: stretch, have breakfast, be on time. Sisanie sounded as though she may have smirked a little when Ryan said he’d been working with the trainer for so long, but Ryan told her she should see what he’s hiding. Ryan said he sometimes works out outside the E! building … Dear TMZ, do you take requests? Ryan also talked about his hip still hurting from running and asked Jeff about the training plan for tomorrow.
Joe Muñoz
Joe thought being on Idol was a dream come true. He wasn’t shocked at being voted off Idol last night, but he was hoping to stay around a little longer. Ryan said that he was surprised by it.
Simon in the sleaze again
According to the sleaze report, it’s official that Simon Cowell and Mezhgan Hussainy are engaged after a year of dating.
