Orianthi was going to be Michael Jackson’s guitarist on the tour and appears in the movie This Is It. Ryan talked to her about rehearsing with Michael, how he seemed in his last days and how she got the job. Orianthi has her own music coming out next week and is performing on the JoJo Jam.

I didn’t realise before today’s show that Ryan’s an outdoors kinda guy. In the run up to his interview with Nate Berkus, Ryan revealed one of his favourite fields …
Ryan and Nate discussed being a stay-at-home mom of three kids and Ryan’s bedroom, including whether or not there are handcuff marks on the bed posts. Huh? I really need to listen to this interview again to make sense of my notes ;-)
Finish the Lyric
I don’t think Finish the Lyric has ever been funnier … Ryan had a pitch pipe! His singing was incredible, and the first caller was apparently completely overawed and unable to even attempt the last line, so Ryan had to do it all again. Score!
Happy Birthday Kim Kardashian
It’s Kim Kardashian’s official birthday so Ryan got her on the phone to wish her a happy birthday and ask her about a magazine cover that says she’s having a baby. Ryan asked what Reggie bought Kim for her birthday; she wasn’t telling but she said he did really good and she needed an extra bag to bring it back on the flight. Ryan wisely pointed out that he’s shooting himself in the foot, asking what’s he going to do for Christmas. Shockingly, the magazine cover wasn’t quite as it seemed … Kim isn’t pregnant and the story is based on comments she made about wanting to get married and have children at some time in the future.
