American Idol judges' round auditions
Ryan is due to start filming the next round of the American Idol auditions soon, this time with the judges. First round auditions this year were held in Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Orlando and Denver, and this time Ryan wants you to go along and say ‘hi’:

As he has almost two million followers on twitter, that could get crowded!
The question on my mind as the auditions get closer is which of the judges will be there with Ryan. We know that Ryan has agreed to continue with Idol for another three years, and Simon Cowell is under contract for the next season at least, so as far as I’m concerned, the heart and soul of American Idol will definitely be there. Randy Jackson has a contract, but what of Paula Abdul and Kara DioGuardi? Paula’s dissatisfaction with her offer has been widely discussed, but will we see her return at the last minute? Would Paula participate in the auditions if contract negotiations are still ongoing, and where’s Kara in all of this?
I like American Idol with Ryan, Simon, Randy and Paula … and while I wouldn’t be devastated if Kara left, I’d like to see her back too. It’s not easy coming along and trying to fit into a well-established and much-loved (or at least familiar!) family, and while her involvement in writing last season’s winner’s single doesn’t do her any favours, it’s not entirely her fault as she’s written some great songs and the winners’ singles are all as bad as each other.
Filming gets underway in two weeks, so we should find out soon!
